At uk IP Services we know the importance of information to resellers. Without CDRs resellers are blind to customer activity, vulnerable to fraud and unable to bill. Making provisioning easy enables business to happen more easily. Reporting on and responding to issues is critical for customer satisfaction.
We have invested heavily in our back office systems and provide all resellers with access to our carrier class uk IP Services Portal. This provides extensive reporting on current call activity, online provisioning and access to download daily CDRs (also available via FTP). It also allows for online reporting of issues directly onto our trouble ticket platform and broadcast of alerts for serious system issues. In addition, we provide access to documentation such as user guides, product descriptions and sales aids.
The uk IP Services Portal is continually being developed to support the introduction of new products and to enhance the delivery of existing capabilities.
